HOW TO BUY PERSONLISED CANDLES:-

- WEDDING AND MEMORIAL CANDLES

STEP ONE:- Send us an e mail containing the following information :-

i. Your name and address

ii.The name/s and dates. (Extra words on the wedding candles will be extra - we will e mail you with a quote if you want more than two names and a date).

iii. Any changes you would like - ie if you would like the colouring or the lettering changed. We regret that we cannot offer gold or silver lettering.

STEP TWO:-

Order a sample candle from the top of the page of the design you have chose. We charge £10 for sending a sample out to you for your approval. We can change the sample if the wording is incorrect - but the basic designs cannot be altered. We very much regret that we cannot refund you the £10.00 if you decide, for any reason, not to go ahead. We have kept our prices for personalised candles as low as possible. We send out samples so that you can see where the printing is on the candle (this can be changed if you wish) and for you to check the wording. Once you have approved the sample by e mail you will be charged for all the candles you have ordered. We cannot accept back personalised candles unless they are faulty.

STEP THREE:-

Order the candles in the design you have chosen. You will see that you can either order in quanties of up to 30 of a design or less than thirty. It works out cheaper if you want more candles!

ALL OTHER PERSONALISED- - e mail us with the wording you would like. We can also reproduce logos for you if you wish but prices will depend on the complexity/size of the artwork and will we quote you. You will still have to pay for a sample candle but we will ask for payment only when we have established that we can do what you want for you.
